My Arduino POV Machine
Well I just love my Arduino, but haven’t really made anything with it, other than a series of blinky lights and a machine that makes a godawful lot of noise. Then I found this great site and it made me want to make an Arduino POV machine of my own! Thanks Carlito for doing all the hard work!
The only trouble is that to make the words, you need to turn every led on and off at the right time, and that involved a lot of graph paper, pens, typing, swearing and mistakes. So I decided to make a little flash movie where you can draw what you want to appear, and then copy and paste all the little ones and zeros into your Arduino sketch and that’s it! You can find the flash movie here.
Oh, and finally, my slightly adapted sketch is here. At the minute, the data is set to read ARDUINO.

Finally! A Post!
So, I’ve been waiting around for something worthwhile to post, and I thought I’d take a photo of the lino cut print I made. It’s pretty much the first one I’ve done, and I think it’ll be the biggest I ever do, cos it was BORING to make. Iron, cut, iron, cut. I suppose it didn’t help that I used fisher price my first lino cut tools eh?

Well, I finally stumped up the pennies for a database that I can call my own, and have popped wordpress on, in an idiotic attempt to convince myself that I will write more, and get more done. Ha ha ha ha.
